KCS-30 Automatic Lead Parts Casting Machine For Motorcycle And Automotive Battery
SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
First install the tooling by simple hoist (attached) into machine. After tooling is fixed, connects with water hose and wire into tooling. Start to heat tooling when temperature reach the desired set value, then push Auto operation button for normal and sequential operation, the lead parts will be cast, removed and divided to be positive and negative or left-right parts automatically.
FEATURE:
* Its suitable to cast any lead parts of car and motorcycle battery.
* The surplus can be removed automatically for recycling.
* Cycle: 30-50 sec./cycle. (Depend on the shaped of lead parts)
